Build — the pull request is open, so the work exists Review — the planner has read it and marked it ready to merge Sent back — it was reviewed and rejected, with the reason on the row Approve — the task is approved, which completes it Six bars per project: how much is built, reviewed and approved, then how many phases and tasks are complete and how the time is going. Only Approve counts as done.
